BeadsCode respects and protects intellectual property rights. All pattern works uploaded to this platform are created by users themselves. Copyright remains with the users, and the platform only obtains non-exclusive licenses for display and sharing.

2. Originality Requirements

When uploading works, users must declare that the work is original. The platform encourages users to be creative and create unique bead works. The following types of content are prohibited:

  • Directly copying or imitating others' published works
  • Using others' copyrighted designs, patterns, or images without authorization
  • Including protected intellectual property elements such as commercial brand logos or cartoon characters

3. Platform Responsibility

BeadsCode platform is committed to protecting the rights of original authors, but does not assume legal obligations to conduct copyright reviews of user-uploaded works. Upon receiving valid infringement complaints, the platform will take reasonable measures as soon as possible, including but not limited to:

  • Temporarily removing works suspected of infringement
  • Notifying the complained party to provide counter-notice or supporting materials
  • Permanently deleting related works after confirming infringement

4. Infringement Complaint Process

If you find works infringing your copyright on the platform, please follow the complaint process below:

  1. Use the "Report" button on the work detail page, or directly send an email to [email protected]
  2. Provide the following information in the complaint email:
    • Bead code and link of the suspected infringing work
    • Proof of your original work (e.g., original image, published link, etc.)
    • Description of the infringement
    • Your contact information (optional, for follow-up communication)
  3. The platform will review and respond within 7 business days after receiving the complaint
  4. If infringement is confirmed, the platform will immediately remove or delete the suspected work

5. Counter-Notice Mechanism

If your work is incorrectly complained about and removed, you can provide a counter-notice and supporting materials to the platform via email. The platform will restore your work display after verification.

6. Commercial Use Restrictions

Without explicit authorization from the original author, third parties may not use works on the platform for the following purposes:

  • Commercial sales, making physical products
  • Display or promotion in commercial settings
  • Use for commercial activities such as training or teaching
  • Any form of profit-making use

For commercial use, please contact the work author directly to obtain authorization.

7. Disclaimer

BeadsCode platform does not assume joint liability for any legal responsibilities arising from user work infringements. Copyright disputes should be resolved through negotiation between the complainant and the complained party, or through legal channels. The platform provides necessary assistance within the legal framework.
