Welcome to BeadsCode Bead Art Sharing Platform. By accessing and using this platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to any of these terms, please stop using the platform immediately.

2. Original Work Statement

Any pattern works uploaded, published, or shared on this platform must be original creations by the user. Users declare and guarantee that uploaded works do not infringe on any third party's intellectual property rights, portrait rights, reputation, or other legitimate rights.

By uploading works, users confirm that the work is original and assume all legal responsibilities arising from infringing behaviors.

3. Copyright Ownership

Pattern works uploaded by users remain copyrighted to the user. By uploading works, users grant BeadsCode platform a global, free, non-exclusive display and sharing license for the normal display and dissemination of original works on the platform.

Without explicit authorization from the user, third parties may not use works on the platform for commercial purposes or other copyright-infringing purposes.

4. Platform Responsibility and Disclaimer

BeadsCode platform provides technical services for displaying and sharing bead pattern works and does not guarantee the originality, accuracy, or legality of user-uploaded content. The platform does not assume legal responsibility for any disputes arising from user works infringing on rights.

The platform reserves the right to take measures such as removing or delisting works suspected of infringement upon receiving valid infringement complaints.

5. Prohibited Behaviors

• Uploading works that infringe on others' copyright
• Maliciously copying or stealing others' original works
• Using the platform for commercial fraud or other illegal activities
• Publishing illegal, non-compliant, pornographic, violent, or other inappropriate content

6. Account Management

Users should properly keep their accounts and passwords secure and bear full responsibility for all activities under their accounts. If an account is found to be compromised, users should immediately notify platform customer service.

7. Agreement Changes

BeadsCode reserves the right to modify this agreement at any time. The modified agreement will be published on the platform and will take effect upon publication. Continued use of the platform by users constitutes acceptance of the modified agreement.
